Payment card details are processed securely by the payment provider used at checkout. The Tseu Collective receives confirmation of payment but does not store full card details.

  • The Oxford Wine Company, which stores, prepares and dispatches wine orders on behalf of The Tseu Collective;

  • venues, caterers and partners involved in an event or experience;

  • accountants, insurers and professional advisers; and

  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

For example, The Oxford Wine Company and the relevant courier may receive a customer’s name, contact details, delivery address and order information.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, providers will be used that apply legally recognised protections for international transfers.

Marketing

Recommendations, invitations and other marketing communications will only be sent where you have chosen to receive them or where The Tseu Collective is otherwise legally permitted to do so.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in an email or by contacting The Tseu Collective directly. This will not prevent communications needed to complete an order, booking or service.
