The best bottles don't need to be the centre of attention. The Table is about what happens when you open them: tastings, dinners and trips with enough context to make the wine interesting, and enough informality to keep everyone enjoying themselves.

A small calendar of masterclasses, producer dinners and seasonal events, chosen because there's something worth tasting or talking about.
Some focus on a region, producer, vintage or style; others are simply a good excuse to open bottles that are more interesting side by side. Whenever possible, producers, winemakers and other guests from the wine world will join the table and add their own perspective.
Events are kept deliberately small, so there is time to taste properly, ask questions and enjoy the evening without unnecessary formality.

Bespoke tastings, dinners and celebrations, built around your guests, your occasion and your wines.
A private event might be a relaxed tasting at home, a birthday dinner, an evening for clients, a comparative masterclass or an excuse to bring together friends around a particularly interesting group of bottles. I’ll shape the wines, theme and level of detail around the people attending, working with your own bottles, sourcing wines for you or combining the two.
The result should feel like your evening, not a tasting I've run before.
Trips
Trips.
Small-group visits to the vineyards and producers I know personally, bringing you closer to the people and places behind the wines you love.
I'd rather visit two producers properly than race through six. Good wine trips leave time to walk the vineyards, meet the people making the wines and sit down for lunch.
Trips are built around regions and producers I know and genuinely want to share, from focused days of private visits to longer journeys combining wine, food and hospitality. They are developed individually or released in small numbers when the right opportunity arises.
