Some wines refuse to fit neatly into a box. This is one of them.
It may be labelled a rosé, but every time I open a bottle I find myself wondering whether it's really more of a beautifully light red. In truth, it doesn't matter. What matters is that it's absolutely delicious.
Bursting with crunchy red cherries, wild strawberries and juicy raspberries, this is a wine that somehow manages to be both vibrant and wonderfully textured. Fresh enough for a warm summer afternoon, yet with enough character to hold its own at the dinner table, it's the sort of bottle that disappears far quicker than you'd planned.
Some wines make you think but this one simply makes you pour another glass!
