Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this is one of my favourite sparkling wine discoveries of recent years. It's bright, fresh and incredibly drinkable, with crisp citrus, orchard fruit and just enough creamy richness to remind you it's a proper traditional method sparkling wine. It's the sort of bottle you open for "just one glass" and suddenly realise it's empty. Brilliant value, ridiculously enjoyable and always one I have no hesitation recommending.
